We all have different stories and we all have different points of view. In my case, I could not have been given a better service by the emergency staff and **********************************They treated my pup, Tango, with **************** and love. Their attention did not stop there but they made sure I was provided with very compassionate and forthcoming information, helping me assess the situation and subsequently make the right decisions.I am forever thankful with *****************, who clearly and rapidly understood the bond between my dog and I. He made the process easier and I felt no pressure..quite the opposite, he patiently took my by the hand and explained things are they were. I was not given false expectations nor did I receive promises that could not be met.Saying good-bye to our fur-family members is not easy and the pain will stay with us for a long time. Our obligation is with them and not with us..I miss my little guy so muchbut making him suffer was never an option. GEEZ!!! WHAT VITRIOL AGAINST THIS PET HOSPITAL! THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION WITH OUR BELOVED DOGGIE, WALLEE, AND HAVE SAVED HIS LIFE. "All they are interested in is money!" "They lack communication!" "They ran too many tests!" "They are expensive as hell!"First off, they are an EMERGENCY HOSPITAL! Ever go to an emergency room because your idiot uncle decided to play with a nail gun? Or, watch as a victim of a serious traffic accident has broken bones and is bleeding? You will wait - for hours. Why? Because emergencies are taking place all around you. This isn't some civilized encounter group, like at an ice cream store where the lowest number goes first. How about YOU work in such a chaotic situation where each person has a critical situation and they are all random events going off all around you? Try it! We called Bluepearl at 8:40 a.m. when our vet tells us our doggie has lymphoma, and can die at any time, and to go to an emergency hospital. Our vet was "too busy" to take ******, and had we waited 10 days, he would have surely died. What does Bluepearl have? Radiologists, oncologists, surgeons, laboratories, blood work specialists, etc. You think something like that is cheap? Huh? Do you? If it was so easy, why isn't your vet in that business? ****, just ******* it" and do the work yourself! Emergency hospitals are highly expensive to run and manage. You need a large facility to handle all the different emergencies, the different breeds, the different problems, and all under huge stress. Take a look at your doctor's ***** and those of the staff. They are stressed out. Each situation involves a loving family member dealing with grief, and the vet has to figure out the problems. Our vets, *************************** and ******************************* (the oncologist) were WONDERFUL. They were caring, and took care of ****** the same day. Did we wait all day? Yes. So what?
