This is my worst nightmare, DO NOT bring your family member to this pet hospital. Dont trust their yelp or ****** reviews. I waited 2 hours plus past the pick up time ( call ahead before I went in to the office) was told doctor still filling up the medicine. Doctor finally come out and talk to me with most annoying attitude, I just cant believe this business still running with this kind behavior. *** overpriced and rude attitude, no patience at all, I will never trust anyone there for leaving my pets there. Please reconsider this hospital !

Do not bring your pets to these people. They took our 2k to put sutures on our parrot, but she didn't perform the surgery until 5 hours later. 7 from the time we got there. They neglected our pet and now it's gone.

Dont go here. I dealt with Dr. ******* ******************* and many other incompetent staff. They your ************ as much as possible while not getting any closer to figuring out what your pets problem is. ****************** is the worst. I took my cat because I saw a white thing on her **** and she wasnt eating much. Dr. ****** did an X-ray, didn't see the mass in her **** but found one in her chest. Then I did an ultrasound with ******************. He was useless and obviously leading me in a bad direction. He didn't find info on the masses. He found lots of useless data in general. There were infinite possibilities for what piece of data could mean. Then he wanted to do every test under the sun, starting with the least significant and working up to the ones that matter. I left, went to 3 other establishments and came to find that all my cat needed was xray, biopsies and surgery.- they take too long - they forget to follow up - I kept calling & checking in for test results but they said to keep waiting, until I demanded results because it's been too long. They found out ***************** went on vacation. I demanded results again so a higher-up sent them over - THEY DONT SOLVE PROBLEMS. Always gave me the runaround. They didnt tell me the next step should be biopsies and surgery. They are unwilling or unable to do those procedures. They tried to get me to do everything else. All they care about is $- They wasted so much time that my cat went a long time not eating much, so they wanted her on appetite stimulant meds. The meds made things worse. It caused cat distress because she became hungrier but still couldnt eat - They would have forgotten to give me meds I just bought if I didn't remind them - They know nothing. They cant answer my questions and offer as less info as possible - Overpriced - Handled cat roughly needlessly. She is sweet, declawed, old & missing teeth. She hissed at them. She never hisses.- They rush you. They talk & listen to you as less as possible
