My friend had an account on a game they own. It's called guardian tales. CrowMaster is the name of the account in the server NA2. His account was deleted by his little brother who stole his phone. They don't have a two factor to delete your account so it was easy for his brother. Anyways, he recovered his account but his little brother deleted all his items he had. He went to a game master to try and get back his inventory but the game master said they can't do anything about it because they don't have logs on his account. We ask for his items back or for some type of payment through the game as a helping hand. Something simple like 3.5 million gems or 5 thousand summoning controllers.Initial Complaint

I've reported people cheating in game and developers won't do anything to stop it pertaining to glitching, hacking, or using third party software to abuse arena and or aka PvP (Player vs Player). I've been dealing with player cheating on a daily basis that developers refuse to look into or review the contents collected that were provided in their feedback email. I provided evidence that these players antagonize me on a day-to-day basis. Going off on a rant or complaining mostly but its not harming or hurting anyone. The end results however that was harmed was me who received a unfair, unethical, questionable refutable infraction on my account and personally thats an unethical business practice and action to make against your fellow Guardian customers. Ive tried to be patient with KaKao Games, but it seems they are playing favors rather than understanding due process and refutable evidence. This is not consumer friendly as this is more or less anti-consumer, anti-consumer, furthermore, this has crossed the line between my patience and the gaming industry as a whole with Kakao Games. I've been harassed in game and off discord pertaining to guardian tales. I've been followed, doxed, and provoked in game and offline via Guardian tales discord.Initial Complaint

Hello, the game under this company's name: ArcheAge Unchained, my account login permission has been banned after one update Game account: ************************ Game name: Uta The specific process: The official said that I bought gold coins illegally. The only way of trading in my game is to exchange gold coins with people in my family through the auction house. I like this game very much. On average, I can be online for 20 hours a day. The reason to ban my account has seriously affected my development in the game, and my subscription service in the game has just started, and the properties I recharged in the game have not been used.I hope you can give me a reasonable explanation and lift the ban on my account. thanks
