I purchased an few items from this company on April 14th 2024. The package still has not been delivered. When I reach out to customer support they respond saying the package is 'stuck in customs'. I have called the customs office numerous times and confirmed numerous times with both DHL and the last mile carrier, ***** that the package is in fact NOT stuck in customs. I've asked for a refund of the order, or a re-fulfillment of my order, and Rhythm continues to insist that the package is in customs. I have been on the phone for hours a day trying to track down this package, and simply ask for the merchant to make it right but instead they are blatantly lying to me about the status of the package.
