Horrible company! Was out on ********* comp for a brief period of time and received a bill from radiology. I contacted my caseworker, ******, three times over 2 weeks. Once by phone and twice by email. Never received a response from her. My boss was able to get a hold of someone at the company and they told him to let me know not to pay the bill. Well, I received another bill in the mail letting me know in all capital letters that my payment was DUE NOW. I ended up paying it myself because it wasn't worth going to collections over. A co-worker of mine had the same issue with this company not too long ago. They did pay her bills, but when she tried to reach out to the person who was handling her case because she had questions regarding the process, she never received any response. I don't know if a lot of these employees work from home and aren't doing their jobs or what.

If I could give zero stars I would. All the providers billed our private insurance because the case manager ***** at CorVel was slow to work with them and the payments to them came out of our HSA! This was not supposed to happen because it was a worker compensation case. Corvel was slow to respond if at all. Getting them to respond is like pulling teeth. Numerous messages to *****, her manager/ supervisor etc. Emails were responded to but rudely and the same thing over and over "billing issues take 60 days to fix" well I don't think so. When they are incompetent and don't do their job and don't pay the providers it is a big problem. Calls to the company HR department have been made, and a request to have this case manager to be removed from the case as well. I don't think that it will help because it does appear that they are useless and an attorney will probably have to get involved. What a mess, they should be shut down. How can they have an insurance license? Maybe reporting them to their licensing board would help? There isn't much we can do either because they are the worker comp company that the employer uses... thanks Wellpath.

they ****, once your adjuster gets your information and statement of what happened, they ignore you, they wont answer emails or return phone calls
