I have tried my best to work with this company to resolve my printer issues. I have had this printer less than a year and it started messing up in Sept. I ordered a new printer head and the it messed up again in December 2023. I contacted tech support and they said I needed 3 new parts totaling over $900 and this has not corrected the issues. I have sent pictures as requested to show I reinstalled all parts correctly and now I cant get anyone to respond to me. This is ridiculous! I am fed up with this. I have called and left messages and no one calls me back and now Im losing out on business because of their crappy printer and customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!Review from Magdalena S

I placed an order for ink and was told the order did not go through and to try again. I should have checked my statement online because the first one did go through and now I am double billed. I sent 3 emails and when they did reply on the 5th day they said: I apologize for this hassle.As you placed 2 separate orders for the same items, Both orders got shipped.Regards,*******************Review from Samantha R

I am going to go to everywhere I know and blast this company until I get my money back! I have tried being nice, but I am out of 5K for their crappy printer that lasted less than 2 months. I am beyond frustrated and tired of communicating with these people through email. I am about to get a lawyer involved at this point because this is not right the way that they are ripping people off. If that doesn't work I will be making videos on ******* or anywhere I can! RUN AWAY from this company!! All they care about is making money off of you while leaving you with trash!!!Review from Charles S

BAD COMPANY! I ordered two Ink cartridges color & black HP64. Black did not work, I got a message from the printer that it was not genuine, I tried it anyway and nothing on the paper. I called the company and asked for a refund but he referred me to a tech. instead, The tech said to use a wet paper towel on the cartridge print head, rub the head & hold it on the head for a minute & 1/2. I tried this 3 times with no results ( I should not have to this at all! ). Most times when you call back you get a number to leave name & number & they will call you back, but they never do. When I did get through to the company they told me another guy would call me about the refund, but he never has. This is a bad company, do not spend your money here.Review from Charles S

I ordered XL61 ink from Easy Group LLc. I canceled the order minutes later after reviewing their history. They sent the ink anyway. I tried the ink in my HP printers and it would not work. Also the ink cartridges were half empty. I returned them for a refund and got no response from Easy Group LLC. I sent email and never got a response. Lesson learned read company reviews before ordering.
