Ive bought nine cars from Sierra Motors and so when I bought my ***** equinox 2012 V6 I had never had one problem with it. I did the oil changes did the brakes replace tires batteries normal wear and tear so when it got totaled when i blew a tire and hit a guard rail I was so upset. I love that car so I bought another equinox 2016. It was $100 more a month but I love that car. I never had a problem with it then I bought this car an equinox 2016 and Ive had nothing but problems with it. Ive dumped in $3700 for repairs and Ive dumped in $1500 for a clanking noise. Ive dumped in thousand $200 for something else, and something else, and something else, while I was in the hospital for a month after being in a coma. I come home and my car is dying while driving it. Something else !!!!! is wrong with the car!!!! as Im going down highway 108 it dies in the middle of a puddle, and while the cop Tried to jump it, it ended up flooding the engine with water. I towed it to Sierra Motors which claimed they could fix car they could make it run again. Did they replace the engine? Noi Carfax that the engines been flooded. does the car burn oil ? 500 miles goes to a quart !! The engine isnt worth c*** And now Im stuck paying $350 a month on a car that is going out after They claimed. Oh itll be totally worth fixing the engine and making it run again how much theyll give me for a trade-in $3000? it cost almost 7000 to fix and the car isnt even worth making payments on. Now there something else wrong with it. they should have replace the engine after being flooded !! instead of just make it run. Now I am stuck with a c*** Enugu r thats been flooded im told by service sept it was worth fixing worth it to who ? Not me !! Maybe Sierra motors look how much money they have made off me and now so much more ? Cause the car ***** so much oil .. the engine is on it way out after being flooded !!! . The repairs that we completed on 3/31/23 our covered under warranty at our facility for 2 years and unlimited mileage. if the current issue with the vehicle has to do with the repairs we completed on 3/31/2023 we would be happy to cover the repair under warranty.Initial Complaint

The multi point vehicle inspection is not being completed. For a month I watched 100% of vehicles having check list items skipped over. I mentioned to shop management on two occasions. I was met with anger and threats of physical violence. I was told to fill out the paperwork in its entirety whether the physical checks were done or not. I went above him and ended up in another managers office being threatened by original manager once again. I resigned from my position. I shouldnt have lost my job under the circumstances. Please advise!Business response
