            Had company come out August **** for clogged drain. 2 young men worked on the drain for about *************************************** the drain and couldn't get the snake device to go any further to unclog drain. They informed me of that and said that's all thay can do. And were leaving, I asked, what I owed they said nothing we really didn't do anything. I gave each technician 20$ cash and thanked them for trying. No paperwork evolved nothing was signed. Have not heard a word that I owed them anything until a certified letter came in November 2021. Never a 30 day or 90 day or even 1 year notice, i owed them anything. Seems like a scam to me. I called when I got the letter and told them what happed. And to have the technician call me and we will figure it out real quick. The two workers are their representatives and they took the money as payment. Then a year and a half later, I owe 160$ with no prior notice and no paperwork at all. I know I didn't sign anything. Now they sent it to collections. Talk about terrible business practices, I can't believe they can do this to someone and try to ruin their credit over their lapse of judgment of who they hire.
