This group hires individuals who have no customer service etiquette. The complex manager at the ************************* complex in ******** makes every situation an argument. I gave my 30 day notice which the final day lands on a Saturday. The manager refused to fulfill the final inspection on that date. I was given two options, either turn in the apartment early or on the following Monday. But if I turned it in on the Monday she was going to charge me for all of the days after the 30 day ***** And this negative experience is the only the most recent. And right off the bat, when speaking to her in person, she made the conversation very confrontational. The Remm group doesnt help either. They make it impossible to get any assistance above the property manager. If you ever consider moving into a complex ran by the Remm group, be cautious for the fact that they try to charge the tenants for absolutely everything they can, and they try to approve the least amount to help the tenants as possible.

The REMM Group turned my experience living at ************* into a literal nightmare. My first real experience with the REMM group was when they first came on-site and promptly ignored my repeated requests to replace my parking garage fob. Imagine not having a secured place to park (when you PAY for it), and then receiving a threatening letter from someone at the property stating that they will tow your vehicle when its parked in a space that the property management group told you to park in temporarily. In hindsight this was good foreshadowing for the experiences to come with the REMM Group. The maintenance requests that I would submit would generally go weeks before they were addressed and they would only respond after several follow-**** When I moved in the place was disgusting and dirty. When I let the REMM Group know they literally did nothing to make things right.I reached out to the REMM Group three times about the escalating issue with my new next door neighbors that smoke constantly throughout the day every day with smoke directly coming into my apartment. I asked them several times verbally and once in writing to please do something as I work from home and the smoke causes issues with my breathing (on top of the severe migraines that accompany it make it difficult for me to work from home). They responded that there was nothing they could do due to not understanding where the smoke was coming from - even though I explicitly stated it was my next door neighbor. Sure though, remain complicit. They are on-site 7 days a week and the Property Manager lives in the building. There is absolutely no reason for the abysmal resident service that they offer. Truly the only good thing about Tribeca is that the office will receive and store packages. A pathetically low bar for a property management company.

Paradise gardens apartments, This place is absolutely ?? TRASH ?? ?? the management needs to be fired along with most of the staff .I'm talking about ***************************, ********************* are horrible and do nothing but lie to the tenants this c*** place has a ***** infestation that is completely unchecked the hallways smell like ********** one personc cleans the property .this place is full of c*** excuses and big time gaslighting they literally gave my apartment away and I did not move out without out speaking with me I was on vacation.... entering my apartment without my consent so the BBB will be informed along with others !!!!!

The Remm Group is absolute trash if you are a tenant at one of their rental properties. They will raise your rent every time it's time to renew your lease. They charge an additional fee, like an HOA, for property maintenance on top of whatever your lease amount is. They sweep crimes on their properties under the rug so they don't have to spend money on additional security. They will try to keep as much of your deposit as possible and charge you $5 less than the legal requirement that would force them to itemize the charges for the move out cleaning. You could hire a cleaning company to come in and scrub the place from top to bottom and they would still charge you a move out cleaning cost. They change apartment managers frequently. Do not expect to be treated like they take any of your concerns seriously. Companies like this are the ones that gentrify communities by raising your rent until you can't afford it anymore and have to move out. Why is the housing and rental market so screwed up in **********? Companies like this one. Save yourself the money and frustration and do not rent from anyone represented by these scum bags.
