On 12/20/2023, ********************* said he had a Car Dealer License and wanted to help us find a car online. He said they are cheaper than going to a dealership. We said that was fine and went home, he called us bad to ********* to see the latest line up. He showed us the list and we decided on a 2022 ****** Rav 4 with 5000+ miles and it had a cracked windshield for $9000 plus his fee of $1000 for a total charge of $10,000. and the car would be delivered 12/29/2023. We gave him the money. On 01/06/2024 he said the ****** would be taken to a friend's shop for the windshield replacement and he told us about a 2021 Chevrolet 1500 high county that was for sale for $10,000. We gave him $5000 deposit for the Chevrolet 1500 and $320 for the windshield for the ****** and $350 for a personal loan that we would deduct from the $5000 still owning on the Chevrolet. For a total of $15,670.00. He has not given us the cars or the money, making excuses week after week as to why the car were not available. After 3 month now we requested our money back and he has not done so also giving us excuses, as first stating he wanted to get a notary form filled out and now he states he has the money but can never find the time to give it to us even when we has stated to him we would meet him where ever . He makes up excuses and refuses to give us the money. So now we need help. We've gone to the Sheriff and they said we would need to take him to Civil Court. Can you Please help us, we are an elderly couple, 72 and 60 yrs. old. Please help.
