Catalina Structured Funding was able to give me an advance once i signed up with them which helped me pay a late fee that needed to be paid and also honored the quote match with another company. I have done business with this company in the past. I have asked numerous agents, numerous times to cease all contact. They still constantly call and send text messages. As with all these funding scam companies, they only give you a small fraction of your monies actual value. No matter how many of their numbers you block, they always call or text from different numbers

We invite Mr. ********* to contact our CEO, Christopher Milton. His direct line is 818-********. While we appreciate the desire to not receive solicitation advertisements and have removed Mr. ******** from any solicitation platforms, the allegations of "scam" and that "they only give you a small fraction of your monies actual value." Are strongly disputed. Mr. ******** has gone to court multiple times with multiple companies and judges have routinely held that his choice to sell his assets was his choice, freely and voluntarily, and that the terms of each transaction he completed were "fair and reasonable, under the circumstances then existing."Review from James B

"Misleading" is the best thing I can say about this company. I received a mailing (in which Catalina does not identify itself), containing fake negotiable instruments, styled as "90 Day COVID-19 Assistance Program," imitating a government entity, and replete with references to the U.S. Code and images of Lady Liberty. What a pathetic way to prey upon less sophisticated people. I would love to meet the lawyer who advised Catalina and okay this: "Oh yeah, don't worry. It's totally misleading, but not illegal. Go forth and prey on unsuspecting individuals!!"Catalina Structured Funding, Inc. Response

I have searched James***** in our records and have no record of a James***** that is on our customer data base. We would therefore not intentionally mail to the individual who posted this record. Because we cannot match up the record of who this individual is with specific advertising mailers that have gone out, it is difficult to respond. We do not mail misleading or inaccurate advertising and since the individual leaving this comment indicated that our company name was not on the mail piece, it begs the question of whether or not the complaint in question is even directed at our company. I would be happy to address any questions or concerns that may exist regarding a particular mail piece and invite Mr.***** to contact our office at XXX-XXX-XXXX and speak with me directly. I will look into the matter further upon receipt of communication from Mr.***** and obtaining a copy of the mail piece in question.
