            ** Solar Battery installed 7/15/21 stopped working on 9/26/21. Sun Strong Solar sold and installed this battery. 11/17/21 tech from Sun Strong Solar tried to restart battery. Battery shut itself off again. Reported to ********** Solar. 1/10/22- ******************************* CEO ********** Solar said she would keep me updated. Did not happen. 2/14/22 I called Solar Edge the company Sun Strong used to get the ** battery. Was told battery was not on recall list. discovered in 2023 it was. 4/22/22 ******* made me pay CaliEnergy $300 to remove bad battery. 6/6/22 battery removed. 2/19/23 text from ******* new battery would be installed 2/20/23. ******* began asking for me to pay for new battery install. I texted ******* that per the recall on ** solar batteries my old battery is the one on recall. She refused to get my $300 back from the removal of the recalled battery, told me to get it from ** and ordered me to pay her the $300 for installing the new battery.Suggested resolution - I want the $300 removal fee returned and no additional contact from this business.
