      In March of 2023, I purchased and arcade machine from this business. Before the purchase, I was told that some the parts and resources used to build the machines were on back order and it would likely be about 4 months before the game shipped. I received an email from the company in June, I was told that they were experiencing a longer delay on their shipping that normal and that it would still be another couple of months. By August or September, after not hearing from the company, I decided to call them and find out what was going on. I was told that they had to drop their original shipper and start all over with a new one, so there would be further delays. To keep me happy, they offered me an upgrade on the design of the machine for my troubles. By the end of November I had enough waiting and wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. When I called, I was told that manager had Covid and he would contact me the following week when he returned. I never received a call back from any one. Since that time, I have not been able to contact them. I have tried both phone and email communication, but I have gotten no response. I am attaching two documents. One is my invoice from the purchase and the second is a copy of the email I was sent by the company in June about further delays in the shipping.

      We purchased a video game arcade online on June 28, 2023 and paid through Shopify. The arcade game was supposed to be delivered in August 2023. After many delays, unreturned calls and unanswered emails, we finally got in contact and agreed on a delivery date in December. The item arrived heavily damaged and we did not accept delivery. The company has since then been completely unresponsive to phone calls and emails.

      In March of 23 I bought a home arcade machine from Prime Arcades the contract included shipping. In December of 23 I received a letter from the freight ******************* Carriers stating that they had not been paid and were now turning me over to collections for the unpaid shipping charges of $618.49.Prime Arcades will not answer phone calls or return messages or emails.
