Date of Transaction was October 12. 2022, I received it October 14, 2022, the item was a Stage 2 Clutch, 2 weeks ago I was driving home, and my gear plate exploded in my vehicle causing me to almost crash my car, and I know how to drive my car, Ive had my car going on 3 years. *** contacted them on multiple occasions, *** called 13 times and left 2 voicemails. Ive emailed them 6 times and Ive gotten no answers. I genuinely want my money back, since its poor quality and I almost crashed my car into someone else going 55 mph+ Ive been trying to contact them based off to see if I had a warranty on it since I have under ***** miles on the clutch. Im not genuinely happy with how theyre not reaching out to me. Im not very happy with them, theyre not doing their part. I purchased a defective product with a warranty and they refuse to acknowledge their warranty so my car sits in a shop not repaired. Which leaves me without work and income to support my family.
