Hello,I have been trying multiple times for this clinic to send over my medical records to my current doctor or to myself in my email, but they will not send it over. They hang up every call saying they will send it, to only not send it. Theyre answers indicating my records are also not clear us such as any tests or birth control that was received at this clinic bc it does not tell me the results and it does they tell me a different name of the iud they inserted in me every time I call, when I have only done it one time. I need all and correct information so I can make health decisions moving forward, but they do not send me acccurate information or just ignore me. Please help me get me my accurate health records sent over to me so I can give them to my doctor. I even got a Pap smear done here and I wanted to know my results and they dont have any of them on my records.Business response

Hello, *************** to a complaint notice that we received in the mail for lack of response. To the above referenced complain ID I was able to speak directly to our patient and have everything settled and provided the patient with the records necessary. Patient at the end of our phone call was satisfied.If you could please remove any negative information that was reported we would appreciate it as the complaint was taken care and patient is satisfied with our clinic services.Thank youWOMAN & FAMILY CLINIC**********************************************, ** 90631
