I came to get hard gel on Saturday 8/12. My appointment was at 2:00 and I had to wait 30-45 mins to be seen. I asked for a simple french tip and one nail to be fixed. When ***** was fixing my nail, she did not smooth it out, and tried to say my finger was crocked. I told her again and again this doesn’t look smoothed out and she ignored me. While I was getting my pedicure I was looking at my nails and the french tip was also chunky and the lines were crocked. I told the woman doing my pedicure TWICE that I did not like the french tip. When I was finally heard the nail tech took off my french tip. When I went to check out, the guy up front wanted to charge me the french tip fee. After I expressed to him and showed him a picture of what I was referring to. He exclaimed that I wasted the nail techs time and I should have said something, which I did. He continued to be rude and aggressive with me. This is not my first time coming to this place so for him to react that way was completely out of line and unnecessary. Instead of being polite and trying to work with me, he continued to argue and be rude. After I left a review on **** about my experience, ***** continued to argue with me saying I was a hard customer. Not only did he belittle me in person in front of other customers, he continued to belittle me over the internet. It is very upsetting that a business owner would behave this way toward a customer. The end result is, I felt bullied into being paid for a french tip I didn’t get. My issue was never about me not paying at all, the overall issue was I did not want to pay for a service I wasn’t happy with. There was definitely a better way for the situation to be handled however this was not the case. I will not be coming here again.
