I was given a 3 month subscription through 3/21/22 to Club Pilates La Habra for Christmas 2021. I was asked to provide my own credit card if I wished to continue the membership. I provided my credit card but did not sign a contract and was not provided any terms and conditions. I cancelled my membership verbally in mid march and confirmed at the desk I was paid through 4/21. I did not use the facilty after 4/11/22. On 5/3/2022, I received a notice my account was past due. I emailed and explained I cancelled my membership in April at the desk. I was then told they had a rule that a specific form needed to be completed (again, never agreed to any of these terms) and they sent a form to complete on 5/17 (2 weeks later) and that they were enforcing some sort of 30-day written cancellation notice (again, never agreed to). I completed the form to stop the ******** and subitted it on 5/19. My monthly billing date was the 21st. They have continued to **** me for additional months even after the written cancellation notice was provided. To date, they have billed me for 4/21 and 5/21 ********, although I cancelled on 4/11 and have not used the facility since. I provided the form, but did explain on it that I was not provided nor did I sign to any terms and conditions. Terms and conditions were agreed to by a 3rd party that provided the gift membership. I was never asked to sign anything or advised of the terms when I extended. In my cancellation notice I advised that I was not provided any terms and conditions, did make every effort to cancel and would not pay the **** because I cancelled and did not use the services after I cancelled. I asked them to provide me evidence I was provided or agreed to the terms and conditions. I have never received a response, but they have continued to **** me and harass me with repetitive collection calls and emails. I want the company to stop contacting me and credit the ********.
