I ordered new front seats for my motorhome on 5/24/2024 and was given the estimated ship date of 7/5/2024 and come that day I called and shipping was pushed back to 7/9/2024. On 7/8/2024 I received a phone call telling me that the color I chose is no longer available when they had since may 24 to tell me that. Anyway I chose bisque and was told that they would ship today 7/12/2024 and I would receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information and was told by **** that "you're in good hands". Well at about 4:45 I call because I have not received an email and was informed that now the seats will not ship until 7/17/2024. I have a campground booked for 2 weeks in **************** that I am going to have to cancel because of the incompetence. I really wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this company. Oh and I spent around $1600 on the seats and a little over $1000 that is non-refundable on the camp ground and I will have to now get a hotel and a flight to my sons wedding. Thanks shop4seats, you got my money and now you don't care.

ORDER SEAT SWIVEL NO WHERE IN ORDERING DID IT SAY A DELAY ONLY IN STOCK WEIGHTED ALMOST A MONTH NOTHING CAME AND NO EMAILS ON PRODUCT! I CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME MY NOV. ******************************* ***** 2022!SO I CANCELED ORDER AND MORE THEN 2 WEEKS LATTER AFTER ORDER CANCELED IT WAS CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD ****! SO I CALLED AGAIN TO GET STUCK IN MUSIC FROM HELL'S ELEVATOR WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ! IF YOU BUY FROM THIS OVER PRICE COMPANY YOUR GOING TO GET RIPPED OFF OF YOUR MONEY AND YOUR LIMITED LIFE'S TIME. WHICH WILL NEVER BE REFUNDED FOR THATS WHAT EVER YOU VALUE THAT AT? 3 CALLS TO THEM AT THIS POINT AND WILL NEED TO CALL CREDIT CARD COMP AND AND SPEND MORE TIME TO CANCEL ANY PAYMENT TO THIS BAD COMPANY.... WARN OTHERS NOT TO BUY BY MAIL FROM THIS SITE. SEE IF IN STOCK AND YOU CAN PICK ITEMS ** IN YOUR HOT LITTLE HANDS.. IS THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR?

Ordered seats in April 2021 with power seat base. After order was placed, they set delivery for August 2021 (would have been nice if they would have given this information before taking my money). I June received a call that the power base was no longer available and I would be getting a non power base. I checked back with them in August 2021 and was told the new delivery date would be in October. Seat and base arrived in early October 2021, but no brackets to install in my truck (as ordered). I called customer service and was told they would ship the brackets immediately on Monday, October 11, 2021. On October 17, 2021 I called again and was given a new delivery date of October 22, 2021. I called again on October 25th after no part and was sent a new delivery date of November 1, 2021. Not sure if I will ever get the parts I need to install these very expensive seats. I will not ever do business with these people again and regret ever doing so. They should not treat. Customers the way they have treated me.
