      Jan 6th 2023 I ordered a MyDX product from the company. I received the product on Jan 24th. I paid $1,244.84 for the product. The return policy is 7days with a 10% restocking fee. So after trying and deciding I didn't like it I went to return via **** I paid $100 for shipping/insurance so that it would arrive on Feb 1st 2023. 7 business days exactly. Once *** said it was delivered, I emailed them on the same day. February 1st, they said they would look into it. I emailed again on the Feb 27th and got a response on the 28th about checking into it. I have tried to contact them multiple times afterwards via email and phone calls. No reply, I have tried until today April 19th 2023 and still nothing. It is very unprofessional, and makes me feel like they are trying to avoid contact. I have uploaded pictures of emails, purchase and return as evidence. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

      I have 2 purchases with this company one on July 27th 2021 and sep 6th 2021. I have never received my orders and one is for a warranty buy when you call them no one ever answers or calls back during business hours . And I need my machine serviced. I'm basically out 300$ without it being serviced

      On 6/6/22 I purchased MyDx Analyzer 2.0 + CannaDx Sensor Kit: Grower's Package from the http://cdxlife.com website for the amount of $1190.91, I received the analyzer and accessories on 6/13/22 but couldn't use at that point and time because I didn't have anything to analyze , on 7/14/22 I registered and downloaded the MyDx App to my android device, but couldn't get the system work, after several failed attempts to contact a live person in their customer service department **************, got frustrated and left a message, on the same day I also left an email message with MyDx support about the problems with the unit, after waiting for several days without any response and after more failed attempts of contacting customer service on 7/18/22 I emailed once again with additional information and finally got a response back saying that they would look into the matter and that *** would be getting back to me to do some troubleshooting, almost two days go by and no call from ***, on 7/20/22 I emailed MyDx support asking what happened to the Tech Support I was supposed to be getting, they responded back saying that he would call me that ************** called me that evening and we talked and went through some progressions in troubleshooting for about an hour but didn't solve anything, on 7/26/22 *** responds back through MyDx email stating that after some time spent troubleshooting that he recommends that I receive a new replacement unit and to work with **** (MyDx support) about getting it.MyDx Support responded back the same day asking for me to send back the faulty unit and that they would send me back a new one, on July 27th I sent the analyzer back via **** and (*****) received it on Aug. 1st at *************************, on August 5th and 9th I emailed requested an update on the analyzer replacement, he responded back stating the reason there was such a delay, was because they were waiting on new sensors.On Aug 29th, Sep 1st, 2nd, and 13th I emailed, but no response.
