******** customer service. I've been seeing ** ******** ** for a few months now. After waiting 45 minutes for him to arrive in the room, he rushed me, indicating he has more clients. I said I understand but I waited for my appointment and I would like to ask my questions. He rushed me, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. A few appointments later, I was late 16 minutes to my appointment. I arrived at 9:16am, my appointment was at 9am. ** ** refused to see me because I was 6 minutes over the 10 minutes grace period they allow for late appointments. I explained that I took half day from work to make this appointment, and that someone hit my car in the parking lot which caused me to be a little late...6 minutes late. They refused to see me, aske to to schedule another appointment. They have no empathy or regard to their clients time and efforts. So it is ok for the ** to be late as much as 45 minutes to the appointment, but the clients are only allowed 10 minutes. What if there is an accident or unexpected traffic? They don't care! If you would like to find a ** that cares about the client, and it's time and efforts - This is not the place for you. I just took action to change my primary care physician. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and efforts with this Perlman Clinic.
