I paid over $85,000 for services and never received my product. They gas light and continue to sketch staff and make false promises. It has been 3 years and they still dont have the product and then tried to give me something mediocre and tried to force me to accept itBusiness response

I gave ideas pros $85,000.00 eighty five thousand dollars by contract to amend or to make a new product instead they gave me a $29.00 twentynine dollar already made product from ***** already being sold on Amazon and all over ***** all over the world and told me I created that product and own it as an original product which they committed fraud and totally lied and was very untruthful and breached the contract we both signed and they took over two years to buy a product already made in ***** I want my full refund back and liabilities and damages for ideas pros fraudulent action effective immediately ***************************Business response

This is the second time this person has made the same complaint. Our answer:
For five months we have tried again and again to have a meeting with you, and you have refused to even reply. The fact is your business partner agreed to the approach we pursued on your behalf. The history:
We did design the toilet lifter just as your partner wanted, and we found manufacturers for it. We also did a very professional and expert job of research, naming, branding and go to market strategy.
When it came time, your partner said that you did not have the capital necessary to actually manufacture the product; putting you in default of our agreement and your promise to run the company after we did our work. Nonetheless, we proceeded to look for alternatives for you so you could make enough money to fund the manufacturing of our product.
In that regard, we found a white label solution that we felt could do really well using the branding we created for you. We felt, and still feel, that the branding (which the manufacturer agreed to adopt) would set you apart from any competitors, and that our skills in distinguishing products would help propel sales. This was NEVER meant to be a final solution; this was meant to be a way for you to get the capital you need to build the product that's been designed for you.
If I am wrong, and you do have the necessary capital to launch, then there is no need for the white label solution. But, if what your partner indicated is true and you don't have the wherewithal to manufacture the product we are all committed to launching, then there really is no other choice than to proceed with the temporary solution your partner already agreed to.
So - again - we remain ready to sit down with you and go over the strategy together. Refusing to even speak with us and then complaining with an incomplete set of circumstances does none of us any good. Please contact us and let us know when we can speak.
