Terrible. Fraudulent. Over max ********* Clients living in garages, unsafe, no windows or smoke detectors in there, but there is a water heater. Rules apply to some but not all. They allow clients to remain using alcohol despite being a sober community and some are forced into detox after relapsing while others are allowed to stay and continue to drink. Rules and regulations are not implemented for everyone, only the ones they don't like. They let their favorite clients get away with everything but if you take the trash to the street after curfew and they don't like you they threaten to kick you out. If you get a job in another treatment facility they will kick you out if they don't like you. As long as they like you they let you stay and get drunk. They charge the people they don't like $1,200.00 a month for rent but the ones they do like only have to pay $500.00 but they also don't always collect payment from those ones either. But when they do its only $500. If you're past 5 minutes late for a group they will kick you out but if they like you, you don't even have to go. People are coming there all across the country on several promises and this place is failing miserably. This La Jolla Recovery and Refresh Recovery and Pacific Beach Recovery are all the same program and houses and owned and ran by the same people. Make sure you check all of their properties out. I am referring to ALL OF THEM in this review. They only want money. They don't care about anyone. The living situations are horrible for the clients. I was scared to review while there because they will get shut down if really looked into. You need to find all of their ****************** They have some in La Jolla, *************. On Cass St, Diamond St, ****** St, Mission, ******** and more! Theres NO CONFIDENTIALITY- staff gossips and stirs up problems for clients. Especially ones they don't like. They just want people to stay sick so they make money. Get rid of them. Or AT LEAST their staff and owner.
