Kubiak delivers - ! I was at my wits end, trying to get rid of my timeshare with a major hotel chain. Then, I attended an information session at a local hotel where the Kubiak representative said, Weve never had a disappointed client. That meant something! Over a period of five years, I had spent several thousand dollars, worked with two law firms and later, I learned that one of them was using a blacklisted lawyer! If your story is similar to mine and youre trying to unload a timeshare, you need to work with Kubiak! They produce and achieve the goal. I totally recommend them.Review from Sheliah B

Kubiak Enterprises is a very professional business that gets your timeshare obligation released. I attended a meeting with ******* Kubiak in October. My husband was unable to attend due to work. ******* called us on the following Tuesday. After my husband listened to him we signed the contract to begin the process. It is now six months later and we just got notification of our obligation being released. Thanks to the effective and timely handling of our case it is done. Thanks to ******* Kubiak and his team. Tried a number of options to divest of our timeshare. All were unsuccessful and when talking with the management company for the facility they all but laughed at us.Went to a Kubiak presentation and decided to contract with them. Real uncertain about this approach, but sure glad we contracted with them.They did exactly what they said they would do. It took 15 months, but they got us out of our timeshare,Money well spent!!!Review from Diane Y

Simple and hassle free. From the initial consultation, Kubiak was clear that it would take some time to get out of our timeshare and had estimated an estimated time frame for each milestone. We were a little worried when it went past some estimated times, but it was well worth the wait. No more timeshare worries!Review from Lynn D

We were skeptical in the beginning since we had a lot of other offers to sell our timeshare. Kubiak was upfront and honest about their role, the cost, and the time frame involved if we went with their offer. We felt comfortable with them. They answered all our questions and concerns and kept their word as to what and when their involvement would take place. We are very satisfied with their participation in this process of attaining a favorable outcome. Their team was very friendly and cooperative as well. I can not speak highly enough of Kubiak Enterprises. They successfully got me released from my timeshare. It was a pleasure to work with competent professionals. Everyone I was in contact with was upfront and honest with me. A complicated process was explained in a logical and understandable manner. When I initially went to the "Timeshare" meeting I was a little skeptical, but I had nothing to lose and we wanted to get out our ever increasing timeshare maintenance fees. Kubiak Enterprises made a great presentation and told us we would be out from under those fees - guaranteed! They were right! With their expertise they have gotten rid of our timeshare and the ever increasing maintenance fees. It was a very easy process and they were always there to answer any questions we had. We couldn't be happier! We would definitely recommended them to anyone wanting to get out of their timeshare contract. Thanks a million to the Kubiak team!
