I purchased a piece of Art from this company and I wanted to exchange the piece as I was told that it would not be an issue given that I was purchasing a political piece. When I asked the owner for a different piece, the owner *********************, offered to issue a refund instead. I had to wait 2 months to return the piece as it was not a convenient time for him and after waiting 2 months he finally scheduled a date and time to meet at his home office. When I showed up he took the piece of art from me. I asked for a receipt but he wouldnt give me one. He said that he was too busy and that someone from his office will issue a check the following day. I followed up on it a week later and he got very upset. He blocked me from his cell phone and instagram and threatened to come to my house. He said that from now on we will need to communicate through an attorney. Luckily I had a witness however, Im still waiting for a refund as I have not received the check he promised. I intend to file a small claims court action against this company but I would like to place a complaint and make sure that he is recognized as unprofessional, unethical, and a highly belligerent, volatile, violent person.
