First of all, if anyone is reading this, I drove my truck there perfectly fine. They started my truck and parked in. No problems? But SEVEN! Days later, my batteries are dead and it is my fault? **** was not the best and pretty much gave me two options, return the rental they finally gave me after 6 days of holding onto my truck. ***** also let me know that I was driving around with a check engine light, and that might of had something to do with my batteries. He also said my truck has aftermarket accessories. I was not going to argue with this guy, because apparently knows better than me. But Let me just say, all of my accessories are California Complaint and I also have an automatic airbag system on my truck for towing. I have had these accessories for years now, but yes ***** and **** both know better that this is why my batteries died. It was not the fact they had my truck for seven day, maybe left some lights on or the door cracked. But it was my accessories. After this was all said and done, they did not even check for what I brought my truck in for! Mr. **** and ***** said the found some cracked hoses that were creating the P0061 code, which is pretty funny. When I came to get my truck back, I asked for another technician to show me what they did, and they could not. I could see they messed with my tuner (Mind you CA complaint), but the check engine light was gone. As soon as I drove off the lot, my check engine light was back on, my tuner does not work now, no idea what they did to it but that is great. I also went and bought brand new batteries just because I have no idea if they were actually telling the truth or not. I went to replace the batteries, Sedano Ford cut my batteries handles, the straps that make it easy to remove the batteries. They will call me a liar, people will say I am making it up, but I know I had straps on my batteries because I had to remove them for my accessories.
