I recently got a debt added on to my credit report. I looked it up and it was a company called Alternative Recovery Management. I saw they added $1550 inaccurate false debt to my report. I would like to report them as well as the **************** who sold this false debt. We paid our entire car loan off and got the contract in place. We have the PAID contract as well. I would like to report this company for also calling and leaving threatening voicemails about filing a civil complaint against me in San Diego Court. They are relentless and are harassing me for a invalid debt. Please help with this urgent matter. I have report it to CFPB and others.

Unfortunately, we are unable to discuss the specifics in such a public forum with the consumer. However what I can say is that we are not in contract with the company that they are claiming to have paid. I received an inquiry on my credit report about an invalid debt that was added to my credit report. It is by Alternative Recovery Management. I have paid my entire car loan in full and do not owe them anything. I have attached my car loan and the contract. I have also filed an Identity Theft report due to this activity on my report. ALTERNATIVE RECOVERY MANAGEMENT collection agency is trying to collect and report to my Credit Report. This collection is falsely being reported on my credit report. Because I dont have a contract with ALTERNATIVE RECOVERY MANAGEMENT collection agency. I Demand that this account be removed, Im not liable for this debt with 01 ************** RCI and I do NOT have a contract with ALTERNATIVE RECOVERY MANAGEMENT nor with 01 ************** RCI. Do not have a contract with the collection agency ALTERNATIVE RECOVERY MANAGEMENT trying to collect this debt. Im reporting to your ******************** because I do NOT have a contract with ALTERNATIVE RECOVERY MANAGEMENT collection agency, and I did NOT sign any paperwork with their collection agency. My credit report says ALTERNATIVE RECOVERY MANAGEMENT, stating that I pay them or owe them money and I DO NOT nor have I, EVER had a contract with ALTERNATIVE RECOVERY MANAGEMENT and they did NOT provide me with the original contract as requested, so please make a DELETION correction to my credit report, I demand this account be removed from my credit report. I am not aware of this account. I have reached out to 3 credit bureaus and ALTERNATIVE RECOVERY M to have this account removed from my file and they always say the same excuse, which is no longer acceptable. I have filed an FTC complaint because I believed this is an outcome of identity Theft. Regardless of all actions done on my end, there was no action from 3 Bureaus. Thus, I am reaching out to seek assistance to have ALTERNATIVE RECOVERY M that I have no account with them and 3 credit bureaus can simply remove it from my credit.Business response

************ has had multiple conversations with our office and has never indicated he is unaware of our business relationship with him. He has indicated that he is using a 3rd party to help him with matters, and it is my belief that this complaint is actually from another business slandering our companys reputation, acting as if they are ************. They came twice and I payed them each time $150, but I realized that my canary were getting dry and I told them that I am not happy with theyre service or whatever chemical are using and I told them to stop coming . But they send someone while we were in ********* during summer, while told them a month before that I dont want their service anymore . They said you have a contract, I said I understand but my trees are dying with the products they were using , and one dyed by the end of September the cost is $3000 to replace the tree. Also they hang up the phone on me and told me if I dont pay for the rest of the contract they will not remove the bad debt in the credit report. This is extortion all I want is to stop using their bad serviceBusiness response
