On April 2,2024 I had an appointment to have a facial with Prophecy Med Spa. After the facial I met with **** who tried to get me to purchase a spa package for $3500 for chemical peels, facials, and other services. I signed up. But on April 11, ************************************************* the package and I requested to cancel. They said the only way I could cancel was to meet with a manager. So on April 13,2024 I met with a manager and he said and did everything to try not to get me to cancel. I told him I could not afford it at the time. After reviewing my bank statement I realized they charged me $150. On April 24,2024 I contacted the company again and told them I did not authorize them to charge me and that I needed them to cancel the package and not charge me anymore. **** contacted me April 27,2024 and told me she would discuss with her manager but that they have a contract that I can cancel but could not be refunded. On April 29,3024 I contacted my bank because this time I saw that prophecy had now charged me $400 and I filed a dispute against the charges. This company has forced me to stop my debit card and get a new one and I dont know if I will ever get my money back. I noticed a lot af senior women in the spa and I really hope this company is not taking advantage of them. The policy of not refunding you back for services I never used and continuing to charge me well after I requested to cancel is very wrong
