To whom this may concern,My name is *******************. On March 22, 2024 at approximately 12:00 I was asked to leave my hotel room for they HAD to clean it. Given the posting that cleaning crew employees were not liable for theft and I was not allowed to stay with my personal property that included evidence in a federal investigation, I locked all property and installed portable video. When I returned at 12:56 pm my service dog notified me drugs were in the room. I located a needle with heroine placed for viewing in the tissue box by the sink. I immediately called the front desk ************** and asked for legal proper safe collection and disposal. I took additional photographs see attached.The front desk sent the white maintenance man. He did not have personal protective equipment and collected the visible needle and reached in to search the tissue box for additional drugs without looking first. I was concerned for his safety. He was not wearing ****** protective gloves. I did not see a red needle box on the property for safe disposal. I was not asked to sign. My complaint went ignored and not investigated.I was drug abatement As drug and alcohol compliance and enforcement and no longer felt safe at the hotel. For just days earlier I reported to the front desk I found 3 used needles while walking my service dog by the trash can.I was concerned for my dogs, employees and guests especially those with children. Management sent a black man to pick them up off the ground and he too had no ppe. I was forced to check out early and complete my stay at another hotel.Price line requires time to follow up. Today 4/15/24 at approximately 430 pm I called Priceline to follow up on the complaint and requested a promo code.Priceline called the hotel where they spoke to *******. She said I did not report the issue and my compensation was denied.Being I could not hear and record Latishas legal response I called from my phone.Initial Complaint

I stayed at the Holiday Inn located at ***************************************************** on 1/14/2022 in I believe Room 121. The room was so disgusting. There were random stains all over the floor and chairs. The staff were rude. I couldn't sleep due to all the noise. There was no hot or even warm water.I submitted a complaint to the Holiday Inn help email and was told no refund could be given but this is unacceptable. I want a full refund for my stay.
