            Mutiple dates 488$This buisness has continued to string us along with their service for my vehicle. Brought it in for numerous problems and told warranty wouldnt cover anything.Just to be called a week later stating they marked our vehicle as a new vehicle on the original sale documents. And that they would be fixing our cars problems as it was in fact under warranty. They have given us a run around and wasted our time as we have had to bring our vehicle back and fourth a couple times. They are non communicative about a lot of the work they do. I understand people can be upset at a car dealership because of the price of having service done but this is very unethical. Fixing documents because they messed up the first time and covering up their mistakes. This dealership has been been doing a lot of things thats arent okay to car owners.

            Scheduled a typical periodic maintenance for my 2022 Dodge Ram ****. Dropped my truck off on 3-January at 1:00pm and was told they would have to keep it overnight and I will receive a phone call when ready for pick-up for 4-January.On 4-January, never received a phone call so called an left multiple voice mails with no phone call and even spoke to a receptionist that assured me I would get a call back.Since no phone call entire day, drove to their location to find out status of my truck. The guy I was assigned to stated he has no updates to give me and did not even apologize for not calling me. So, I now have to figure out *************** for today. Now it's 5-January and have yet to hear anything about my truck. I will be finding another Dodge Dealership to get my truck serviced at. By far the worst service I have received has been at this location. Not even a courtesy call that you will not have your truck back. Wow!
