      Scheduled a typical periodic maintenance for my 2022 Dodge Ram ****. Dropped my truck off on 3-January at 1:00pm and was told they would have to keep it overnight and I will receive a phone call when ready for pick-up for 4-January.On 4-January, never received a phone call so called an left multiple voice mails with no phone call and even spoke to a receptionist that assured me I would get a call back.Since no phone call entire day, drove to their location to find out status of my truck. The guy I was assigned to stated he has no updates to give me and did not even apologize for not calling me. So, I now have to figure out *************** for today. Now it's 5-January and have yet to hear anything about my truck. I will be finding another Dodge Dealership to get my truck serviced at. By far the worst service I have received has been at this location. Not even a courtesy call that you will not have your truck back. Wow!

      My trucks shuts down outside of ***** 300 miles from home for Low rail fuel pressure P0087. I check a few things out and end up clearing the *** to get the truck to start again and get it into vegas so im not stuck on the side of the HWY with cars flying by going 100 mph. I end up doing a couple quick things and it doesnt fix the issue so I limp the truck back going ***** the whole way back. I take it into **** burger and the service advisor starts by arguing with me about how the truck works, please keep in mind I actually an ASE certified tech. I ask them to just test the fuel pressure and i get a text saying they test drove the truck and its not showing a *** and i need to take the truck and make the *** come back on. If i drive it and the pressure fails not only am i stuck on the HWY again but i could damage the engine. None of these guys have a clue how to actually work on vehicles and I'm certain their only experiance is keyboard wizardy asking for answers for issues in the dodge program. Dont waste your time or take a chance with your vehicles. There are plenty of dealerships to go with. The service manager is an imbecile and if i owned this dealership I'd fire him asap, he is costing the dealership alot of money.

      This place has the worst service department I have ever seen. I have had my truck in here so many times. One time my truck was in service for 6 months. Another time 2 months. This last time over a month with multiple text messages of all kinds of work being done to it, but come to find out in week 5 nothing had been done to my truck. ********************* is a very rude person who doesnt ever answer his phone when calling asking about an issue but is certainly one to call you back with a threat of call of charges and threatening not to release your truck after 6 weeks of having it services. It is again not all repaired due to a back order of an AC part. This is hard to believe after there have been numerous times that my truck was not worked on with numerous emails and text messages to prove it. I even called the ** of the store the time it was left in service for 6 months and again after ** threatened to keep my truck and charge me fees for missing a text less than 12 hours ago. Absolutely ridiculous how the service management lead and run their shop.

      Sales person lied saying they would cut $500 from the sticker price. After all the paperwork was finished there was no $500 adjustment. Went back to ask the sales person to fix it, and they said "can't do it". There was high pressure sales on the extended warranty and tracking system. This place is rated F by the BBB for a good reason!
