For clarification, Freedom Pool and Spa Services assumed maintenance of our pool after "splitting" from ***************************** this past summer (the owner of the company is the other company's owner's mother). They basically created a separate entity to run the maintenance accounts, and left ******** to run the equipment/tech side. Freedom Pool and Spa Services does not claim an address aside from *******, **. The ****************** address belongs to **********. The complaint is to be filled against Freedom Pool and Spa Services. Please reference the Yelp reviews from Huda and ****************** from 12/8 and 12/15 for details on what happened (link below).***************************************************************************************** I cancelled our services on 11/23/22. It was confirmed cancelled by the owner on 11/28/22. After leaving the Yelp review ten days later after being ignored by ********************* (the owner), she chose to write a retaliatory review on my business page. She has never worked with my business in any way shape or form. Her company was servicing my pool at my private residence. That's the only relationship we ever had. I disputed the review with ****** to be removed. They denied it stating it didn't violate any of their policies. I appealed, and it was denied again. How is that even possible?? Freedom Pool and Spa Services then charged our account and debited a payment for monthly service on 12/16/22 (three weeks after the account was cancelled and since last they serviced our pool). I currently have a dispute claim filed with ***** for that payment. I need your help to ensure I get my money back ($150), that they no longer have access to my account, and also that the ****** review she left for *************************** *********************************** gets removed. It is inappropriate, false engagement, and slanderous.
