*** worst customer service and management Ive ever seen. In 1 year - my property had 3 different managers under this company assigned to us. We had to put in at least 3 maintenance request. *** plumbing is horrible and the bathroom sink doesnt even have a top drain so It has to been snaked and cleaned every 2-3 months on our own dime. *** dryer provided has been broken, by leaking rain water, residue, dirt and mold caused from the awning above the OUTDOOR laundry units. Property manager was called and he thinks we broke It. Told me awning would be replaced, before the next raining season When we first moved in fall of 2021, the heater wall unit had been red capped by SDG&E due to hazards if ran. House was going to have to be marked as unlivable if unit wasnt replaced. Which It then quickly was. Thankfully. Now in the summer months we are not allowed to run private/personal, or portable ACs. ***re is one small wall unit in the top of the kitchen. And then one more in one of the bedrooms. Leaving the living room and second bedroom to stay at an average of 90 degrees Fahrenheit. (Pictures as proof of room temperatures are available) Management company was notified and they did not see It as an issue. Although, I have a premature infant living in this house. My son. *** fact the owner and management company are totally okay with allowing a family, with an preemie high risk infant and 2 animals, to live in an environment this hot all of the time. Its unbelievable and absolutely dehumanizing. Thank you Comana Company and the owner of this house @ ******************************************************* You have officially sent my son to the ** twice now due to his house not being a livable, breathable temperature. Tenant has an online portal where maintenance requests can be submitted with attached pictures. Those requests can then be forwarded to the owner. Any matters that violate California Civil Code Habitability Laws will not require owner approval to address. Property manager will ensure any habitability matters will immediately be addressed. Tenant is kindly requested to submit all concerns through their portal so they may be addressed accordingly. Thank you.
