The matter pertains to an issue I raised with Helm, our *********************** (***) management company. I initiated contact with them 11 days ago concerning an abandoned vehicle in our visitor parking lot. This vehicle has been occupying the space for nearly three weeks, accumulating cobwebs along its undercarriage. In our community, we possess only one designated visitor parking space, making it problematic when individuals abandon or store their vehicles there. The *** advised me to contact the vehicle's owner and request its removal. However, I conveyed to the *** that I am unaware of the owner's identity as nobody appears to visit the vehicle. Furthermore, I highlighted the fact that I contribute $400 per month to the *** for the resolution of such issues.Regrettably, the *** has not yet taken action to address this matter, and the vehicle remains abandoned in the visitor parking area. As a unit owner within this condominium community, I would appreciate clarification regarding my rights in cases where the *** does not deliver the services for which I am financially responsible.
