Faced with some hard decisions after our father passed away, my siblings and I reached out to Kimo and his team early on to help us determine the best course of action was so that we could sell our long-time family home of ********************************************************************************************************************************** good hands. The team he works with were just as courteous and quick to help with any questions we had as we worked through the process of selling the home that helped to raise many generations of children. They were graciously patient with us when we decided to keep the home for a few months before listing so we could dive into the decades of memories which helped us to heal from our loss. There was never any pressure to rush the process and we cant be grateful enough for that alone. When the time came to list the property, Kimo set up an open house and we were shocked to have 6 offers within just a few days, with the highest offer far exceeding our expectations. They were amazing. Whe they told me they would have my place in escrow. They didn't lie. Their whole team from beginning to end were amazing. I know I was a pain at times because I was so stressed to get this place sold on time I made probably a few more calls than I should, lol!! If you want the best then this is the team to do it!!

I just wanted to say thank you to the Kimo Quance team, most especially to *********************! ****** has been an instrumental part of this process from the time we discussed on selling our home. She was there ready to help guide us through and gave us that peace of mind from the beginning. We had a plan of when we where selling our home and a tight timeline into our new build. When our timeline got pulled in, I panicked and called ****** to sell my house "now" as the construction was ahead of schedule. That was on a Tuesday afternoon when I made that panicked call and her team was on my doorstep the next day. It was a whirlwind as anybody would expect going through one of the most stressful decisions/transactions in selling one's home. Panicked call Tuesday, accepted and signed the next Tuesday!
