    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the defective chair I purchased from Kinnil on May 19, 2024 (Order Number: 34406889-8187. Despite my initial excitement, this purchase has unfortunately turned into a frustrating experience due to the numerous issues I have encountered.Firstly, I had to contact your customer service team three times to inquire about the delivery status of my order as it was significantly delayed and appeared to be stuck in transit. Upon finally receiving the chair, I promptly notified KINNLS within three days that the chair was defective. Specifically, the chair does not recline, the hydraulic system is malfunctioning preventing the chair from adjusting up and down, and the cord to connect the massage feature was damaged. I had to temporarily repair the cord by straightening it and wrapping it with electrical tape.I attempted to resolve the issue by arranging for a technician to inspect the chair, but they were unable to fix it. I am now left with a supposedly new chair that does not function as advertised, and KINNLS has failed to provide adequate support or offer a replacement for the defective product. Furthermore, the chair was poorly packaged, leading me to suspect that it might have been a returned or previously defective item.Given the circumstances, I would prefer either a replacement chair or a full or partial refund. I have refrained from disputing the charge on my credit card in the hope of obtaining a documented resolution from KINNLS.Additionally, I was asked to provide a video demonstrating the issues with the chair. This request is unreasonable and impractical, as it is difficult to operate a phone camera while sitting in a chair to show the defects. No customer should have to endure this level of stress when reporting a defective product. I was able to submit one video to KINNLS.
