Little did I know, this decision would result in harm to my beloved ******, ****, and raise serious doubts about the safety protocols in place at this establishment.During ****'s grooming session, I received a distressing call from the groomer, informing me that **** had gone into distress and his nose began to bleed. Upon further investigation, it became apparent that ****'s paws were cut and he had been struck on the nose, leading to the bleeding. This egregious mistreatment of my pet is utterly unacceptable and deeply troubling.What is even more concerning is that my experience seems to be part of a larger pattern of neglect and mistreatment of animals at All About Puppies. I implore the Better Business Bureau to investigate the practices of All About Puppies groomer and take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of all animals under their care.
