If I can save one person from getting involved with Karla Dennis, it will have been worth my time to write this review.You will see that all negative reviews center around 1 troubling practice.My wife and I bought into their program thinking they would actually do the things we were paying for.Once you sign on and provide your credit Ard for monthly billing, they go dark. Im embarrassed to say how much money we through away, not to mention the time we wasted trying to track people down to get answers about our taxes.There is no strategy provided.We also had to file a dispute with our credit card company to get the auto payments stopped as they continued billing is even after we sent them a letter in writing as well as an email.It is my opinion that the people writing the 5 star reviews are not the regular clients who are being billed thousands of dollars and receiving nothing but a run around in return.I hope you take my advice and save yourself from financial loss and your sanity.

I enrolled in their Business Builder consultations in July 2023, subsequent to engaging with their content on ******** Before my initial session, I submitted my tax returns for their assessment. The consultations, however, provided generic advice regarding business expenditures, such as acquiring equipment, a car, or a house to mitigate taxesinformation that did not align with my specific needs. Despite appointments being scheduled every other month, my credit card was charged $900 monthly.During the second session, I received identical information as the first. Disappointed, I requested a refund, only to be informed that someone would contact me. Days passed without any communication, prompting me to initiate contact for a refund. Despite expressing dissatisfaction and the desire for a refund, I was offered future credits for consultations with a different representative. Unhappy with the company's service and adamant about a refund, I encountered a protracted process that ultimately led me to relinquish the pursuit. I caution against engaging with this company due to the presence of inadequately informed personnel in the realm of tax reduction.

GAME CHANGER! I heard about Karla and her company after listening to one of her ******* videos. I shared it with my boyfriend, who was very frustrated with our existing CPA. We contacted their office, made an appointment, and were initially disappointed our appointment wasn't with Karla. But there is a reason, why it is set up this way. They actually screen clients like we screen accountants. I met with ******* first and he explained the process to me and then he told me the price for tax planning, I was shocked at first but then I decided the most that would happen is I could lose some money. I started with them in June 2019. I have to tell you it was the best investment. Not only did I get a large refund. This is the first time in a long time we did not owe. We also amended two years of returns and will be getting back additional money based on things we had no clue about. We are now being educated on tax deductions, We know what it really means to file taxes and what it means to do tax planning. Great decision.

This company deserves my first negative review on BBB. This is after I am out of options of contacting them directly. I have reached out to them to resolve the charges discrepancy after talking to 5 different people who said they'll get back to me, and guess what? They never did! Even after submitting evidence of mis-charge and dissatisfaction. They do not deliver what they promise, after you pay you will have trouble getting ahold of anyone to help out. I would rate this as unethical business practice. Just a warning to others.

I have never left a bad review in my life. KDA was categorically the worst customer service and follow up ever. Paid them every single month $900 for a business builder program and tax filing. They had ample time to file my taxes before April 15th and ended up filing an extension and getting it done by June 30th. One of their tax preparers was the only one who I had any confidence in. I had high hopes at the prospect of working with this team and they consistently dropped the ball and it was always left up to me to follow up with them. Terrible business practice and caused me extreme stress.

Scammers! Paid $3,000 and no services provided. Was then told $3,000 was a down payment and $27,000 was due in full. No services provided, paid $3,000 to this company after viewing a live instagram session to scam hard working people out of their money only to then tell them they owe more money, keep the money and provide nothing.
