I contacted the manufacturer for warranty service and was told to contact the authorized Moroni dealer to initiate a warranty claim, however Modern Studio Furnishings told me they have nothing to do with warranty repair and to contact the manufacturer since they are the ones responsible. The recliner on one of the couches has had problems with since day one and actually had someone out here on a warranty claim in the past, they lubed the part and left, now it is broken and won't close all the way, leaving a trip hazard. I have had warranty service before and went through the authorized dealer to initiate the warranty claim, but clearly something has changed. It seems like authorized dealer and the manufacturer and pointing the finger at each other.The last tine I spoke with someone at Moroni, they told me that the way in which the interact with Modern Studio Furnishings has changed, but I don't see how this is my problem. If Moroni has a authorized dealer gone rogue, it's Moroni's responsibility to deal with it.
