I place an order on December 26th, through Amazon for an external hard-drive. The cost of the item was $76.25. Avolusion promised to provide a Avolusion HD250U3-Z1-PRO 2TB USB 3.0 Portable External Gaming Hard Drive (for Xbox One ** ********** X | S - Pre-Formatted) - 2 Year Warranty. I attempted to connect this item to my son's X-box and it would not work. I attempted to return the item to Amazon and they told me I had to deal directly with the seller. I could not reach them on the phone number provided and it appears to be a false number.Initial Complaint

*FALSE ADVERTISING AND FAKE PHOME NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!* bought a 4T avalusion ****** external hard drive that was advertised as compatible with my XBOX series X. which IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE as advertised. tried to call customer service and the phone number listed is a fax number NOT a real phone number. so no help was provided by company.Initial Complaint

I bought the Avolusion ************************** I literally just got it today 10/29/22. When I unboxed it, I carefully took it out and hooked it up, I turned it on 1 time and seen the green light on the front turn on. I then try to connect it to my *** and it doesn't work. I changed its position and power source and now it doesn't even turn on. I called the tech support number 20 times with no answer. It's a $100+ dollar purchase that doesn't even work. I'd stick to the PlayStation version of a hard drive, it's cheaper and works perfectly and they actually respond.Initial Complaint

On 2/12/2021 I bought four Western Digital 3TB hard drives from GoHardrive.com . These hard drives are guaranteed for five years by the seller. On 08/27/2021 one of these hard drives failed and I sent email to the seller asking for a replacement. I have had no reply. I tried to call the company's phone number, XXX-XXX-XXXX, It rings once and goes dead but on one of the twenty or so times that I have tried calling a woman answered the phone and told me that I could not speak to anyone in customer service and I would have to wait for them to make contact with me. As I mentioned previously, nobody has done so. I would like to return all four hard drives for a full refund because they form a RAID-5 disk array and work in unison. Not being able to replace one makes the others undesirable.Business response
