I have had multiple issues with UniWigs. 1. I placed an order on 3/12/22. I was double-charged $662 instead of $331. I contacted them, and they refunded me for the second charge. 2. After they refunded me, I received an email stating my order was canceled. I reached back out to Customer Service. They said they would change the status of the order. This was on 3/17. 3. The website said production time was 3-5 business days. I had to email on 3/30 that the order was still in Preparation in Progress status. I believe that because of the double-charge, my order was not in their system correctly. I didn't received the order until 4/2. 4. I didn't like the product - not their fault, just not for me. I initiated a return with them on 4/7. 5. I returned the product via *** on 4/9. The tracking information shows the item was returned to UniWigs on 4/18. They told me to wait up to 10 days for a refund back to my credit card. 6. I contacted them after 12 days, on 4/30. They said they cannot find my package even though I have proof of delivery. The proof of delivery from *** says it was received by **. They state that no one would have signed as **. The item was delivered to the right address - I confirmed twice with ***. This has been a huge headache. I did everything I was supposed to and from what I can tell, *** did as well. I believe that UniWigs either has no intention of refunding me or has lost the package themselves. If this were $50, I would let it go, but I was expecting to get ~$300 back from this return.Business response

I ordered a human hair topper on 4/11/21, upon receiving it, I loved it. I wore it once and washed it once. After I washed it, it was never the same. The hair started to break off at the root causing a "Mohawk" on the top of broken off hairs. It is unwearable and cost me 400.00. I have since had to go and purchase another one from a reputable company because I can't walk around with a giant bald spot. They have offered to "fix" the topper but it cannot be repaired and I honestly do not trust that they will deliver that promise, seeing as how we have exchanged upwards of 15 emails with no resolution or a phone call from their manager as I requested 4 different times. They promised each time that I would hear from them that day at 10 am but have not called. I have sat beside my phone waiting and even called myself to get NO ANSWER. This is extremely unprofessional and wrong on so many levels. I can see from previous complaints that this is pretty common. I would like a refund for this faulty product.
