I purchased 2 pendant lighting made by Maxim Lightning from Overstock. After just a few months of use, the clear acrylic started to develop small bubbles inside. Just from regular use. It's not dust, it's inside the plastic orb. At this point, I cannot recommend the product. Obviously, there are some QA issues here. I called and talked with both manufacturer and the retailer to have replace it within the 1 year warranty. None of them are willing to help. They keep shifting the liability and tell me to contact the other party to replace it. After 2 hours being on the phone with them I just give up.Contact: ************ / ********************************** Product: Swank 4.5" Wide Steel Pendant Model Number: E24591-93PC Cost: 2 x $198.00 Purchase Date: 1/10/2023 I'd have to ask for a warranty replacement. To whom it may concern - In summer/fall 2019 we built a new home- one of our lighting selections was a LED chandelier that we bought through ET2, an affiliate of Maxim Lighting. The product number was ET2 EE2227775PC. We bought it through ******** Lighting in *****, ********. In March 2023, the entire chandelier went out. I contacted ET2, and they immediately directed me to my dealer (********) who I reached out to on March 30, 2023. They took control of the situation, attempting to find a resolution with Maxim/ET2 to no avail, getting a constant run around. Since they were not having any success, I asked for their contact, and reached out on 05/12/2022 to get some assistance with my issue. I received an email back today stating that I should talk to my HOA and have them file a warranty claim. I attempted to send an email back asking for the information to file a claim, as my HOA wouldn't have anything to do with this issue, only to a response that my email is blocked. This was a full LED chandelier, and right on their website it has this warranty for LED lighting - For Indoor Products: LED components are warranted for FIVE (5) years; For commercial applications, LED components are warranted for THREE (3) years, unless otherwise specified by Maxim Lighting International.I would simply like an refund or exchange to another product since this product is no longer manufactured and should be under warranty, however I can not get in touch with anyone to help with this issue. I have attached the email correspondence I have received - I haven't received any follow up other than email from my voicemail I left them.
