I ordered 3 bras from this company. They shipped it from ******* Ireland. It has cleared customs and it reached ****** in ***************** on February 5th. It is now March 3rd and i still do not have what I ordered. I have reached out to them numerous times and all they say is that it is in transit. They are refusing my refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with CONTIUOENY on 1/1/23. They sent me an order and tracking #, which when I try to use comes up invalid. Purchase price was *****. I have contacted them on numerous times only to receive what I believe to be a computer generated email stating "be patient". Note for BBB the address on your site I believe should be yoRbita Rd; Yesterday I spoke to someone at that address and he stated they are working on trying to find CONTIUOENY because everyday they receive mail for this company. (HE ALSO STATED THEY HAVE BEEN AT THIS ADDRESS FOR 10 YEARS) i am wondering if CONTIUOENY just picked this address out of the blue. also please note if you search ******** under CONTIUOENY you will find the site that I ordered from.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 bras from this company on 12/25/2022. I have not received these items. I have contacted the company numerous times only to get vague responses that do not answer my questions. When I asked for a refund, I was told I could not get one because the item shipped, yet when I check their site, it shows my order has not even processed. When I asked for tracking, or any proof that it shipped, they tell me they dont have any. I have numerous emails if you want to see themInitial Complaint

I ordered bras on 12/26/22 and got an order confirmation. I also received tracking. I saw the original al on ********* However, the products have never been received and I believe the tracking is fake. I have contacted them several time and have received a non-response email. The phone numbers on the web site do not ring. They also go by the name UTURE ECOM LLC. My order is #order #****S52942 with tracking #********************. This is the link I now get when I try to track my package. *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************** .And the advertising says all clothing is made in ***, but that cannot be true. My parcel said it shipped from ***** but the main company is in *****. I have asked for the carrier so I could contact them myself. No answer was given for that. The tracking has totally stopped after 1/22/23. I think this company is a scam and not a legitimate business. I have looked on social media and there are lots of complaints like mine. No products seem to ever be received by anyone. My money was pulled from my account immediately. The total was $44.37. Others should be warned about this company.Initial Complaint

I purchased bras online in December and have never received. It has been almost two months and all I get from the company is that their logistics company is working on it. I have filed with my credit card compoany and I have made repeated attempts to request a refund to no avail. I feel like this is a scam and read online that others are experiencing the same issue.
