On December 7, 2023 I purchased a pair of pants from this business for my wife for Christmas. I paid $23.99 for the pants and $8.99 for shipping. The pants arrived on time. After my wife tried the pants on, turns out they did not fit properly and in fact were not made in a quality manner for any pair of decent pants. She told me she did not want to try a larger size because the pants were not good pants. I contacted the company on January 4 to get a refund. They told me it would cost $15 for return shipping. I paid the $15 on paypal on January 11. After this was paid, the company repeatedly tried to get me to accept a larger size instead of a refund. This happened at least 8 times via email. I repeatedly asked for a refund. Then the company said they do not issue return shipping labels and I need to handle that on my own and send it back to ***** and they will issue a refund after they receive it back, even though I was under the impression that they were going to refund me the $23.99 since I already paid an extra $15 for return shipping. The company has since been continually giving me the run around and I just want a refund and to return these garbage pants. Each person that responds to me has a different name "***", "***", "*****", but it's clear that there is a language barrier here (or that they are using that as an excuse not to refund me my money).
