I Hired All American Mechanical Plumbing to fix a gas line at my Home. ***** ********** DR. Palm Desert CA. The owner sent his son Hugo to do the work. I gave Hugo 400 deposit and he began the work requesting 600 more for materials right away. he then the next day did not return to the home. upon going to the home i found several sprinklers and pipes had holes in them including my pool, when i contacted hugo to see where he was he stated he had just gotten out of the hospital. i made him aware of the leaks and he stated the issues would be resolved as he completed the job. 2 days later when he returned he stated he would be done that day and requested the rest of his money he was nowhere near finished. I declined until the job was done. he became very ill tempered and rushed the job killing my grass and instead of fixing the leaks back filled the wholes with dirt. he then requested payment. upon noticing that the sprinklers he had damaged where no longer present I called a general contractor to inspect the work. upon inspection not only did this company not repair the damage they caused originally the also damaged our cable line. I had the new contractor fix all repairs and took the money from what was owed. Which was what the owner had instructed. I now have been receiving Harassing Text messages for over a month from the owners son. I have asked several times for this to stop and the owner does not care. He says derogatory remarks about me and states he knows where i live. this is very unprofessional I don't know what else to doBusiness response

I ***** ******* had a discussion with Mr. ***** ******* concerning the text message he received from Hugo after I spoke to Hugo he said that the text that was sent was not meant to be for Mr. ******* it was meant for one of his friends I spoke to Mr. Naflack and I exsplain to him what Hugo told me and he seemed content. Thanku ***** ******* the text apparently was on 3/30/2022
