I would give negative stars to the company if possible. Whatever you do - avoid using this company. Luis G****** R***** and his father Gus R***** provided my weekly pool services in Indio, California. They routinely double billed me and then harassed me for not paying them. After I went to the trouble of showing them through my bank that they had indeed cashed the checks for each legitimate bill, they became hostile to me and kept asking to speak with my husband when they knew I did not have one. They then refused to properly fix a warranty issue on a part they had previously fixed and billed me multiple times to fix. When they refused to follow through on their word to properly fix the warranty issue, I continued to push them to do as they promised they would do. They retaliated by putting so many chemicals in my pool that I and my guests all had chemical burns. Gus (the owner) then suddenly doubled my bill. Two other homeowners in my community fired them months before I did because of their unprofessional behavior and the neglect of the care of their pool. When we asked for their business license number they refused to provide it. Save yourself the angst and heartache of dealing with people who should never have been in a service industry and find professional pool and spa cleaners elsewhere.
