This is not the first time I have found them advertising false discounts. In the screen shot attached they appear to actually admitting too it. I would like them to first stop. Second, sell me the item at the price actually advertised. First being the most important. tyBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/27) */ The complainant needs a better sense of humor. Nobody for a second would think that turntable would retail for $*********. It's called "Tounge in cheek" and we explained that to him. That turntable is a gift that I worked very hard on and made big financial commitments to so we could sell them at that price. We sell pallets of them to thrilled customers. And in the face of price increases on ALL VPI turntables, I have STILL not raised our price on this one and the Classic HW because I'm on the side of my CUSTOMERS. The proof of that is the growth of my company. But since 0.1% of people today look for reasons to get offended, I have changed it to $4500. Thank you and have a good day. I am beyond baffled that you closed the case knowing this? Please inform me why? At this point feel I have no other choice than to put this entire issue any and everywhere I can on social media. Just out of principle consult legal. They openly admitting IN WRITTING to the BBB and myself they are knowingly and deliberately false advertising. I bought a pair of speakers from Upscale Audio back at the end of January 2021. The price for the speakers was around $****. I made this purchase after returning another set of speakers due to a problem. The business owner was not happy about the situation. So now I'm trying to get the speakers worked on and I need a receipt from Upscale Audio so I can have the manufacturer work on the speakers. All I need is a receipt but they refused to answer any attempts to get this receipt. Again, we're talking about a simple receipt. They are in ********** and I'm in *** ****** so this is very frustrating for me. Thank You ******************Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/27) */ He got his receipt as well as all the help in the world that a custmer could ask for. We were in a software change this would not allow us to go back to his rder and print a receipt until the transfer of 25 years of hndreds of thousands of transactions were transferred. In the meantime I had Klipsch ready to do anything required with a single call, which nobody else could do but us. Turned out his speaker was not defective anyway,and we sent him his receipt.
