The cart arrived with peeling paint and dings and scratches on metal. The wheels did not stay in locked position. When I requested to return, the company had terrible communication, charged me a restocking fee despite the item having manufacturer defect, and did not pay for shipping back To them. They made no efforts to resolve this issue, completely ignored my questions in emails to customer service prior to Sending it back to them. They initially said they didnt get the cart back until I told them I had proof from Fed Ex that it had been already delivered to them. They suggested I file a claim to the Route shipping insurance I purchased for the Cost of shipping it back even though the damage had nothing to do with shipping problems. Their website says they take full responsibility for manufacturer defects but my experience was the complete opposite. I highly discourage anyone from purchasing anything from this company. Order number ***** Due to cost of shipping back and restocking fee I am out of placket $147 after they sent me a partial reimbursement. I am actively arguing these charges through my credit card company and their purchase protection but have not gotten a resolution through them yet. The company only sends me one sentence responses that ignore al my questions and complaints and just sends a general statement like send back for refund. Or you have been refunded. Without acknowledging the out of pocket costs Ive incurred for their manufacturer defective product.Initial Complaint

I ordered an origami rack R5 from the origami rack website for $150. When it arrived, 2 of the shelves were not straight or level. They both skew towards the back center and some of the thinner wires that make up the shelf are bent upwards. There are also brown scrapes or marks all over the shelf that can't be cleaned up. There is clearly a quality assurance issue as an other rack I have from them doesn't have these issues. I contacted origami rack and they said they can only give me a 10% discount on my next order. Why would I purchase another rack over 100 dollars when the first one I received was poor quality. After I replied saying that that's not an acceptable response (I was expecting a partial refund or replacement rack), they never responded.
