      I cannot state this enough, this company is a scam. Do NOT buy from this company. We needed to return the rack we purchased because it was so unstable and poorly made. It was past the return window but ******* assured us that if we returned the rack we would be given a refund. We paid to return the rack, and they received it but now refuse to give us a refund stating their 30-day return policy. At first they claimed they didn't recieve it so I forwarded proof of delivery from **** They then claimed the 30-day return policy. When I asked for the rack back then, ******* claimed they threw it away. We would have kept the crappy rack if we had known they wouldn't issue the refund they promised. So disappointed. We are out $150 with no rack to show for it.

      I'm sharing this review to warn potential customers. I ordered an "open box" Origami rack. When the rack arrived, it was clearly used, had dried caked on mud on it and the paint was chipped and crumbling in places. In fact, it was labeled "refurbished" on the packaging when it arrived, which is not how it was marketed or sold. The company did eventually agree to let me return the rack for the purchase price. But then withheld a "restocking fee," which had not been disclosed to me. And, then, eventually refunded the restocking fee. I liked the design of the rack and was excited about having it in my home, but the customer experience was awful. After fighting to return a used, damage rack, and eating the shipping costs, I won't be purchasing from them again.

      I ordered a foldable desk from Origami Rack and was very excited about my purchase. Unfortunately, it arrived defective and unusable. Customer service has been both confusing and unhelpful. I had trouble reaching the correct person and getting information related to managing my issue. There were also long gaps in communication. Per their own website it states they will take full responsibility for defects. After agreeing with me that the unit was defective, I elected to receive a refund and was told I had to ship back to them at a cost almost equivalent to the value of the item. At this point I was told that it was not a defect but damage and that I had to ship back at my own cost or throw it away and get a replacement. This is a thinly veiled excuse to not compensate me for sending me a product that is completely unusable. I would advise caution in purchasing anything from them because at the risk of receiving a defective item, you are on your own. The policy on their website is confusing and vague at best. I would never order from them to begin with if I did not believe their "policy" would reasonably address any issues with their product.
