      Returned watch and never got a refund from them, they refuse to answer emails

      On December 31, 2021, I purchased a 3+ VibePro watch, Item # *************** via************. The watch is advertised as "5 ATM professional water resistance: for swimming, showering, snorkeling and rain.<**************************************************************> It was sold with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. It performed essentially correctly until the first time I took it snorkeling, while on vacation, on March 19, 2022, in very shallow water (not get more than 8 feet below the surface) but within a couple of hours it had gone completely dead. I immediately contacted the company and, after a few time-wasting emails (such as asking for a "video clip" of the dead LCD watch), on March 28 they agreed to replace it if I sent it to them (at my expense). It was delivered to 3Plus on April 1. I sent an email inquiry on April 5, and they responded, "We will send you a replacement watch once we got the defective one," although they already had it, and in fact the replacement was being prepared for shipping. I received the replacement unit April 12. I charged it that evening and used it successfully for one week; then on April 19, I took it in the local indoor pool, and it went dead after the first two laps. I contacted 3Plus and requested a refund, since they had fulfilled their warranty by sending me another defective watch. They refused. I consider this breach of warranty, but agreed to give them another chance if they will pay the return postage. They have failed to answer yes or no and now have stopped responding to my email at all, but instead sent repetitive "canned" messages asking for a video clip showing the problem. The watches evidently are not water resistant as advertised, and the company will not give satisfaction. I do not want to bear the cost of return postage repeatedly and keep getting unusable product.

      I have two working devices. The device is a fitness tracker that pairs via blue tooth to your phone. 3Plus USA - has changed their apps and no longer support droid phones. Their website still sells the device I have - and it shows that it works for apple and droid. Their website is in violation of FTC. Their facebook support is still saying that it works on droid (which it doesn't). This is confirmed by tech support. They made a choice to stop providing a service to 1/2 their clients by no longer working with droid. There are dozens of angry customers reporting the issues on their fb page - and I asked for help with support - and they know their app doesn't work - they don't plan to fix it - and they are making false claims on their website and facebook pages. My hope is that you can help them resolve this by having their app work on droids again - and that you should be aware of the false claims they are making. I would like the app to work on droid - as promised on their website. All they have to do is put this device (that is still sold on their website) on the app to pair it to. they are refusing to do so.

Also, a new device "HR+" was sent to the consumer on *********** We would like to clarify the consumer has the technical problem of new device "HR+"?? Thanks. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/05/26) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I purchased the "lite" product that is STILL for sale on their website. The "lite" product used to work with droid devices. They no longer do. So my "Lite" does not work. They have on a lie on their website that the "Lite" that are for sale now - work with Droid. They do not. They are still selling devices that they know will not work. ... They did send me another device - (not the style, color, or size I wanted - I bought what I wanted) - the new device does work with droid - but does NOT have the same capabilities of the original device. I tried to make this ugly - bulky thing suffice - but the app still does far less than the original. THEY KNOW they are selling devices that don't work - and then sending something else to shut up customers - that still do not work as well as the original product. I LOVED what I bought, size, color and use - and they changed the software - and knowingly send "replacements" hoping to shut their customers up. This is a FTC violation - as the website says they work with droid - it's dishonest - and deceptive. I am FINE with the new UGLY bulky one - if the software worked. I would prefer to have the one I purchased work. Right now - neither do what was promised.
