            - Ordered a car part Nov 18, 2023 - Paid $117 for the part - Part was to be delivered ***** days, it never arrived.- Contacted Wow Auto Experts they said the part was returned to them, undeliverable. - I never received the part and asked for a refund. They agreed to the refund but after that, their phones no longer work, they would not reply to email, no way to reach anyone. Last contact from them was an email on December 14, 2023 from they agreeing to refund. - Paid Invoice #**E450C8-0001 but service agreement invoice number was different WOW7700276 - Final note, either the phone number on their web site no longer works, along with all other associated numbers, or they have blocked my phone number.

            I am from ****** ** and I ordered a part for my **** Jaguar from these people a mouth and a half ago and have been told that the label got wet and the part was sent back. Now that I am trying to get my part they are telling me that they will not resend the part or send me back my money. I would just like to let everyone out there know that this business is a complete fraud and I would not recommend anyone buying anything from these people. They have told me that they are located in *******, ****, and other places, they are some f****** Africans and they are fack so please DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. And I would not give them a stare but I have to.
